構造化文書ベースシステムにおけるインデックス手法の検討

文書中にテキスト情報と論理構造情報を同時に格納しているSGML文書のような 構造化文書を管理することが必要になってきている。この構造化文書に対して、 文書内容に関する検索、論理構造に関する検索、文書内容とは独立に存在する 属性と属性値に関する検索、さらにそれらを組み合わせたような検索が考えら れる。
本稿では、このうち論理構造に関する検索を対象として、構造化文書における 部分構造に基づく検索を提案する。その際、共通部分の構造の情報を別に抽出 して利用することで効率的な検索を行なうことを目的としている。

An Indexing Scheme for Structured Document Base Systems

Recently, requirements of managing structured documents are increasing. Structured documents such as SGML documents have both information of contents and logical structures. Retrieval in terms of contents, logical structures, attributes and their values and thier combination are conceivable for such documents.
In this paper, we target retrieval in terms of logical structures, and propose an indexing scheme based on signature files to facilitate partial structure retrieval utilizing common structures.
